CLEAPSS - Assistant Office Manager

CLEAPSS is a small team of 17 staff that provides practical advice and support for school science, D&T and art. This post is for an assistant office manager, 52 weeks per year. Daily working hours are negotiable, between 25 and 37 hours per week.

The successful applicant will support the office manager with a wide range of administrative tasks ranging from the management of CLEAPSS finances to answering the telephone and directing enquires to the relevant adviser. The salary will be in the range NJC 27 – 30 (£22.958 - £25,472) and the post includes membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS).
